Do you take the full payment at the time of booking?
A £150 deposit (£250 for Meadow Lodge) is taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation, with the balance due 14 days before arrival.
We will send you a reminder email with a secure link for you to easily pay the remaining balance a few days before its due. If your reservation is made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.
Do you allow pets?
I'm afraid we don't allow pets here at Coed-Y-Glyn. Apologies for the inconvenience.
What time is check in and check out?
Check in is from 4pm and check out is at 10am. Please try not to arrive before 4pm, unless previously arranged, as we don't have any waiting facilities.
Does every lodge have a hot tub?
Yes, each lodge has its own private Hot Tub.
Is there wifi?
All lodges have there own dedicated super fast broadband.
When can we expect our security bond to be refunded?
If your booking required a Refundable Security Bond it will be refunded on your day of departure. You will receive the funds in your account approximately 5–10 business days later. (This is an aspect of how the banking system works.)
Where do we get the key from when we arrive?
Your lodge will be ready when you arrive, go straight on in (Make sure your at the right one) and make yourselves at home, a member of staff will be along to show you round and answer any questions you may have.
Can we book ACTIVITIES and treatments when we arrive?
Its advisable to book as early as possible to ensure availability. Its unlikely we will be able to arrange activities on a last minute basis.
What about taxi's, Do they pick up from the lodges?
Yes they do! However its best to pre-book as its very hard to get a taxi last minute.

Do you provide Travel Cots or stairgates for babies?
No, We do not provide cots or stairgates unfortunately.
Is There an iron and Ironing board? What about a Hairdryer?
Yes, there is one of each in all lodges.
CAN YOU LAND A HELICOPTER HEre?
Yes, but with prior arrangement.
