Check In/Out Times
Check in time is at 4pm and Check out time is strictly 10am.
Parking
Parking is available at the Lodges for two cars, further vehicles can be parked in the top car park.
All vehicles are left at the owner's/customer's own risk, Coed-Y-Glyn does not accept responsibility for loss or damage. Should a problem occur with a vehicle in the car park, Coed-Y-Glyn cannot accept any liability. If a vehicle is left in the car park without the consent of Coed-Y-Glyn, Coed-Y-Glyn reserves the right to remove the vehicle at the owners expense.
Dogs/Cats/Pets
No pets are allowed at Coed-Y-Glyn, for the consideration of other guests and for the safety of farm animals and the sensitive natural wildlife at Coed-Y-Glyn. If pets are found to be staying in the lodge you may be asked to vacate and no refund issued. There may also be a charge levied against you for additional cleaning starting from £50 but may increase depending on the circumstances.
Housekeeping
We would kindly request that the Lodges are kept in a reasonable order and that on the day of departure any used kitchen items are placed into the dishwasher and the programme is started. Should the Lodge require excessive cleaning then a minimum £50.00 charge will be added to account for this.
No Smoking
There is a no smoking policy inside the Lodges. Ashtrays are provided for guest's convenience outside of each lodge. Guests who disregard or breach our no smoking policy within the lodges, will be charged for de-fuming costs. A fine of £50.00 will be levied per guest and will be deducted from card details provided. Any further damage to any property caused by smoking will be classed as criminal damage and will be dealt with accordingly.
Tampering with Fire Detection Systems and Fire Fighting Equipment
We reserve the right to take action against any person found to have tampered/interfered with any fire detection equipment throughout Coed-Y-Glyn Log Cabins, including detector heads in public areas and Lodges, break glass points and fire extinguishers. Guests found to have tampered with any fire detection or fire fighting equipment will be charged with any costs incurred by Coed-Y-Glyn due to their actions and additionally may be asked to leave. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the Police may become involved at Coed-Y-Glyn Log Cabins discretion. Should tampering with the fire detection equipment become evident after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
Inappropriate Behaviour
It is policy that all our guests have the right to be treated with dignity and respect and as a responsible host we believe that we have a duty to our guests to protect them from inappropriate behaviour. Should the management deem any actions by a guest inappropriate, or if any inappropriate behaviour is brought to the attention of the management, Coed-Y-Glyn Log Cabins reserves the right, after any allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest. Depending on the severity of the guest actions, the police may become involved at Coed-Y-Glyn Log Cabins discretion, or guests may be asked to leave.
Lost Property
If we find any lost property, we will make every reasonable effort to locate the owner and return it, but if we cannot locate the owner and an item is not reclaimed with 3 months of the guest's departure it will be disposed of by Coed-Y-Glyn Log Cabins.
Child Policy
Coed-Y-Glyn Log Cabins recognise children as being 16 or under. Children aged 16 and under must be accompanied by a responsible adult to ensure that the child's behavior is appropriate to other guests within Coed-Y-Glyn Log Cabins site.
Lodge Occupancy
All bookings require confirmation of guest occupancy, if the party on the day of arrival, or during its stay exceed the number of confirmed guests, You will be charged for the additional guests where possible or if the lodge has reached its maximum occupancy the additional guests will be asked to leave.
Return of Room Keys
There will be a £25.00 charge should a guest lose or damage keys.
Payment
You will be asked to pay a deposit at time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. If your booking is within 14 days both the deposit and outstanding amount will be taken.
If the outstanding balance is not settled within the specified timeframe, we reserve the right to charge the card we have on file.
All deposits made are non refundable or transferable. Cancellations must be made via email 15 days prior to arrival, if a cancellation is made within 14 days the remaining balance will be due.
Security Bond
Some reservations will require a Security Bond with a credit/debit card to cover incidentals during your stay. It will be refunded, minus any charges, within 14 days of your departure.
Liability
Guests liability for their account is not waived and guests agree to be held personally liable in the event that any indicated person, group, company or association fails to pay all or part of any charges incurred.
Amendment of bookings
In the unlikely event we have to cancel/amend your booking you will be offered either a full refund or a partial refund for the difference if the lodge you book is not available for reasons outside our control.
Damage to Property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of rectifying damage, caused by the accidental, deliberate, negligent or reckless act of the guest to the property or structure. Should this damage become evident after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit / debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address. We will however make every effort to rectify any damage internally prior to contacting specialists to make the repairs, and therefore will make every effort to keep any costs that the guest would incur to a minimum.
Hot Tub Use
All users must shower before use.
Any users under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Chemical levels may be checked during your stay.
Glass must not be taken near the hot tub, if glass is found to have been broken in/near the hot tub a £100 charge to drain and collect fragments will be charged.
We kindly ask that you respect our intention to maintain high levels of hygiene and health and safety at all times and that should the hot tub be found to be contaminated or excessively soiled in any way we reserve the right to drain and apply a minimum charge of £50.00 to cover additional cleaning and decontamination processes.
Removal of Property
We reserve the right to charge guests the cost of replacing any items that are removed from the premises by them without consent. The charge will be the full replacement amount of the missing item, including any carriage charges. Should the fact that the item is missing become evident after the guest has departed, we reserve the right to make a charge to the guest's credit/debit card, or send an invoice for the amount to the registered address.
